Use plain text or paper. A tracking app is optional. Do not publish personal schedules, identifying details about peers or private circumstances.

Required module evidence: A feasible plan, predicted/actual effort comparison, disruption revision and a support route. Assess the decisions, not a perfect streak or disclosure of personal circumstances.

If a field does not apply, say why. Never fill a future observation with a predicted result. A reviewer may see a redacted record; the educational decision must remain understandable.
