Inspect your two or more observations. State one supported conclusion, one uncertainty and one next decision. Keeping a successful method unchanged is valid when justified; a review need not invent a change to satisfy a template.

Recovery rehearsal

On paper, reduce your next available study window by half. Choose the outcome to preserve, defer or split and update the plan. Label this a simulation. Do not deliberately sabotage real study, sleep or other commitments. Reuse Module 6's disruption rehearsal if already completed.

Evidence check

Preserve the earlier plan, review and justified revision or decision to retain it. A one-session comparison can guide a local experiment but cannot establish a universal learning method. Complete the fresh scenario in assessment before reading its calibration.
