Lab: a feasible week and a disruption rehearsal

Reuse the existing Launchpad calendar and weekly review. Do not create a second habit tracker. You can use fictional commitment labels or redact personal details; assessment concerns feasibility and decisions.

  1. State next week's realistic available study windows. Select up to three observable outcomes, estimated effort ranges and a buffer. Ensure assigned effort plus buffer fits the available time at the planning estimate; state what happens if estimates reach their upper bounds.
  2. Define one starting action and one stop/review point for each outcome. Put interesting but unnecessary resources on a later list.
  3. Run two ordinary sessions. Record predicted and actual focused time, what was learned, the last verified step and the next action. A missed session can be recorded honestly; continue until two actual observations exist, without inventing a deadline-driven success.
  4. Revise the next session using the observations. Explain what changed and which outcome remains unverified.
  5. Simulate losing half the next week's available time. Produce a reduced plan, a deferred task, a restart action and a help trigger. Label this rehearsal separately from actual events.
  6. Write a small support map for technical, instructional and practical blockers. A role or service type is enough; private names and medical details are unnecessary.

Submit the plan, two observations, revised plan and disruption rehearsal. The goal is a recoverable system, not a perfect week. New study done during these sessions belongs to its original module; only planning, observation notes and revision time belongs here.
