Leadership decisions and evidence

This required 18–26-hour integrated package strengthens guided Labs 1–4: lessons and predictions 4–6 hours, memo/measurement/peer work 9–13, assessment and repair 5–7. These are author estimates, not measured learner timings. Reuse original artifacts instead of writing a second strategy portfolio.

Prerequisite bridge​

Bring one Semester 07 decision record and this semester's capacity, migration and incident evidence. Review unit arithmetic, uncertainty and stakeholder impact. Rehearse privately before requesting a peer's time. Technical correctness alone does not settle resource allocation or consent.

Sequence​

  1. Capacity and opportunity cost.
  2. Outcome measurement.
  3. Delegation boundaries.
  4. Attempt the fictional decision packet and change card, then apply the method to your original real constraint.
  5. Complete TL1–TL6, including original pre-reads, roadmap, delegation and ethical-impact work.

There is no automated leadership grader: checking that a document contains headings cannot establish good judgment or another person's learning. Calculations are checkable, while claims, tradeoffs and interpersonal evidence require a reviewer. A solo rehearsal is useful preparation but cannot replace actual participation.
