Lab 1: Strategy Memo

Write a two-page diagnosis, guiding policy, and coherent actions memo for a real engineering constraint. Include evidence, what will not be done, and success signals.

Lab 2: Stakeholder and Decision Map

Identify decision owner, affected teams, incentives, objections, dependencies, and communication path. Conduct two pre-reads and revise based on dissent.

Lab 3: Now/Next/Later Roadmap

Frame outcomes rather than project names. Add owners/evidence for Now, discovery and movement criteria for Next, and explicit uncertainty for Later.

Lab 4: Grow Another Engineer

Delegate an outcome with context and guardrails, run a design review without taking over, and record how the other engineer’s judgment changed.

Evidence: strategy memo, stakeholder map, roadmap, decision log, and delegation retrospective.
