Engineering Specializations
Specializations begin after the Semester 0–10 core or after equivalent competency evidence has been reviewed. They deepen a direction; they do not replace core algorithms, systems, data, architecture, delivery, or professional responsibility.
| Path | Status | Graduate promise |
|---|---|---|
| AI Engineering | Learner-ready | Complete five-module path for evaluating, securing, delivering, and operating an AI-enabled system against a non-AI baseline |
| Security Engineering | Learner-ready | Complete five-module path for defending systems, applications, platforms, supply chains, and incident response under explicit adversarial assumptions |
Use Learner-ready specializations as complete coursework. Do not use a Blueprint specialization as the primary learning path; its module boundaries and evidence gates remain public so reviewers can inspect direction while teaching content is developed.
