Launchpad now owns reading/evidence, communication/feedback, sustainable study, digital recovery and no-code AI practice. Bring their completion records into Semester 00. Their hours and assessments are not repeated here.
New work in this semester
Module 4: Learning, Memory and Calibration contributes 8–12 focused hours, included in Semester 00's 210–309-hour total. It adds confidence analysis, retrieval, changed examples and targeted repair using actual programming work. The technical practice route adds the separate data/API/AI implementation contracts.
During Programming Basics, use a current explanation or function as the learning lab. Charge its original technical attempt to Programming Basics and the additional learning-method analysis to Module 4. Its delayed observation can reuse an existing seven-day or four-week programming check; do not introduce a second waiting interval or count the same session twice.
Carry forward rather than restart
Use the Launchpad source audit during algorithm reading, the communication method during project review and the capacity plan when study conditions change. Carry the no-code AI declaration into the responsible-AI strand. Applying these habits inside already-budgeted project work is not another requirement to complete all Launchpad lessons.
If a prerequisite record is missing or no longer defensible, repair that dimension with a fresh case and record any extra time. A moved module does not invalidate previously equivalent evidence.
Evidence and progression
Require L1–L3 at 2/2 in Module 4's assessment, including a real delayed observation. Inspect the inherited Launchpad preparation record at entry. A failed technical answer can still demonstrate an honest learning process, but the original technical gate must separately pass. No average across process and technical scores can compensate for failure.
The existing exam remains four equally weighted parts with its original score floors. Technical project, responsible-AI/ethics/privacy/accessibility strand, notation, algebra and programming retention gates remain required. A future observation is pending, not completed.
Research and limits
Orientation research retains the learning-method evidence and resources. The Launchpad placement rationale explains the revised boundary. Site checks and runnable examples do not establish educational effectiveness; independent review and learner pilots remain pending.
