Architecture review evidence and decision repair

This required 18–26-hour package strengthens all four original guided labs: lessons and case prediction 4–6 hours, review packet/experiments 8–12, calibration and repair 6–8. Reuse earlier module evidence and existing ADRs; do not duplicate their implementation time. Estimates await semester reconciliation and learner pilots.

Prerequisite bridge

Bring Module 01 quality scenarios, Module 02 source-boundary evidence, Module 03 invariant/repository traces and Module 04 compatibility/retry evidence. Distinguish model checks from actual service behavior, and observation from inference.

Sequence

  1. Decision claims.
  2. Risk closure.
  3. Evidence drift.
  4. Attempt the review case packet, then AR1–AR6.

This writing/review module adds no artificial runnable ADR form checker. Execute one relevant prior-module fitness function against the real project, deliberately violate it, and retain both failure and repair evidence. Preserve the three original ADRs in different template forms, outside-ADR critique, review transcript, drift log, lifecycle trace and “when not to write an ADR” memo.

A 30-minute ADR target concerns drafting once evidence is available, not completing discovery or experiments in half an hour. A 60-minute meeting is only the facilitated review; preparation, investigation and closure take additional time. The ten-day flow remains ordering guidance rather than a completion guarantee.

Semester integration

The reconciled workload now includes this package, original module work, required strand and assessment. Its allocation supersedes earlier provisional timing notes; do not count reused artifacts twice.

Generated-proposal verification

Use the proposal-verification clinic as the concrete AR1/AR2/AR5 rehearsal within existing review hours. The real-project fitness function and independent AR4 reviewer remain required.
