Lab 1: Scope and Risk Workshop

Write user, outcome, non-goals, six-week MVP, risk register, and cut order. Spike the highest technical uncertainty before committing the architecture.

Lab 2: Domain Discovery

Run event storming, define glossary/subdomains/bounded contexts, and state aggregate invariants and external dependencies.

Lab 3: Quality and Views

Write measurable scenarios and produce context, container/component, runtime, deployment, data, and trust-boundary views that agree.

Lab 4: ADR Review

Write three ADRs, have a reviewer argue the alternatives, and revise decisions or evidence.

Evidence: scope, risks, spike, domain artifacts, scenarios, views, ADRs, and review log.
