Status

Review process

The starter passes before any refactoring. Check the learner's first characterization attempts, intermediate diffs, actual commands and explanations. Tests alone cannot distinguish a copied reference from a sound small-step process. Accept alternative structures with equivalent public behavior and supported tradeoffs.

Require a mixed-client state trace, an iterator/clock failure and an uncertain-write case. Ask when a wrapper or alias should remain. Distinguish deliberate behavior repair from preservation; do not grade by speed, class count or commit quotas.

Pilot plan

Observe learners with different language backgrounds. Record phase hours, ambiguous prompts, hints, surviving faults, reviewer disagreement and delayed transfer. Have an independent reviewer solve the assessment and challenge the oracles. Revise estimates from observed work. A passing build is not a learner pilot, and these local models do not certify production migration safety.
